Recharge the balance/balance information

Recharge Card

Buy a recharge card and call the toll-free 171 number, listen the instruction told throught the phone or written on the recharge card. You have ran out of airtime credits?
Recharge Via recharge card, ATM, Telebank, POS terminals, Internet or in the djuice cafes. Through the recharge the gross value of the Recharge Card will be added to the current balance. You can use more than one recharge card one after another.

When purchasing a Recharge Card, please always check that

• the packaging is intact;
• there is a hologram line running across the recharge card;
• the scratch panel concealing the codes is intact.
The Recharge Card’s period of validity and instructions on how to charge the balance by calling 171 are on the back of the Recharge Card. djuice does not exchange or repurchase Recharge Cards, does not exchange damaged Recharge Cards, and does not replace lost or stolen Recharge Cards.

How to register
• You will need the following details: Subscriber’s name, maiden name, mother’s maiden name, date and place of birth, and permanent place of residence.
• In case of permanent residence abroad, you must have a temporary residence in Hungary!
• djuice will only enter into contract with a person over 14 years of age and under 26.

LEGAL TERMS

Legal terms and conditions within a verbal contract

The djuice SIM-card basic package, handset not included, is marketed by Telenor Hungary Plc; it makes the use of the prepaid telecommunication service provided by Telenor Hungary Plc possible. A subscriber is entered into a legal relationship with Telenor after dialing the free telephone number 171 and providing the following details:

For the individual subscriber:

Subscriber’s name, maiden name, mother’s maiden name, date and place of birth, and permanent place of residence, or place of residence in Hungary in case the subscriber resides abroad. By purchasing the djuice pre-paid 29 promotional pack the Subscriber gives his/her consent for the Operator to verify the Subscriber’s personal data online through the Central Data Processing, Registration and Election Office.

If correct information is not given or the given information is clearly untrue or false, the Operator is entitled to refuse to enter into a contract. The Operator can only enter into a valid Subscription Contract with persons who are at least 14 years of age. The Subscriber acknowledges that the Operator starts providing the service simultaneously with entering into a contract. In accordance with Government Decree 17/1999 (hereinafter referred to as the “Decree”), after a verbal contract has been entered into, the Subscriber may, within 8 working days, rescind the subscription contract for no reason via written statement; this may be provided to any of the Operator’s showrooms. The Subscriber, however, has no right of termination with regard to the Decree if the Subscriber consents, upon entering into the contract, to the Operator starting to provide the service immediately after entering into the contract.

If the Subscriber rescinds the contract, the Operator must reimburse the sum paid by the Subscriber without delay, but within 30 days of the rescission at the latest. The costs incurred by returning the product due to exercising the right of rescission are borne by the Subscriber. Apart from these, the Subscriber bears no other costs. The Operator, however, may claim compensation for damage arising from improper use of the product.

The rights and obligations of Subscribers – including making objections and complaints and the means of settling these – and a detailed description of the service are stated in the General Contractual Conditions of Telenor Hungary Plc (2045 Torokbalint, Pannon ut 1.; Trade register no.:13-10-040409; Tax no.: 11107792-2-44), which are available in the djuice’s showrooms and at its web site (www.djuice.hu).

The Subscriber is obliged to observe the provisions of the Operator’s General Contractual Conditions when using the service. The Parties – in the absence of a new recharge – conclude the contract for a fixed period of one year. For the protection of the Subscriber’s personal data the Operator sends a letter to the address previously given by the Subscriber through 171, to check the data given to the operator at the conclusion of the contract. The contract is only valid if, after receiving the letter within the timeframe defined, and according to the General Conditions of Contract, the Subscriber cooperates in the data checking process.

The Subscriber acknowledges that if the details given when entering into a verbal contract were untrue or false, or not the Subscriber’s own details, and the Subscriber fails to visit one of the Operator’s showrooms following the Operator’s SMS notice to verify details, the Operator will regard the contract null and void. In case of a null and void contract, the Operator does not reimburse the fee for services used. The package’s subscriber can only be under 26 years. By buying and activating the djuice package the Subscriber agrees that he/she is aware of the Criminal Code. If the subscriber’s age (over 26 years old) reveals during the activation, djuice is not going to active the SIM-card.
