Your balance

You can only make phone calls up to the amount on your balance. We will notify you via text message if the available amount is about to run out. You can use your balance for all types of telecommunication services (including premium rate services) or Mobile Purchases according to the type of recharge. You can use the starting amount that we charge to your balance when the subscription is activated only for the call types specified in the General Terms and Conditions.

Balance Information / Account Information

This service informs you about the balance still available and the current status of your account. In Hungary, call 172. From abroad, call +36 20 940 0600. You can also use the mydjuice site on our homepage (www.djuice.hu/mydjuice) or WAP to check your balance or your account status. The service has no monthly fee. It can be used for the fee indicated in the effective Fee Table.

Recharge Options

Has your balance run out? You can recharge it with a recharge card, over the Internet, at ATMs, through Telebank or in one of the djuice cafés.

Recharge Card

Buy a recharge card and dial 171 (toll-free) on your mobile phone. Follow the instructions provided there (and also on the card itself).

At ATMs

You can recharge your balance at ATM service points of OTP, K&H, UniCredit Bank, Volksbank, Raiffeisen Bank, Citibank, Budapest Bank, ERSTE Bank and of savings banks ("Takarékszövetkezet").

Via Telebank call centres

You can recharge your pre-paid account through the OTP, MKB and CIB Bank call centres.

Via POS terminals

You can recharge your balance via POS terminals in our showroom, djuice cafés, MOL, Shell, OMV, AGIP and Lukoil petrol stations, Inmedio and Relay shops, post offices of Hungarian Post, and Szerencsejáték Zrt. lottery shops.

Via the Internet

You can recharge your balance in our showroom, djuice cafés, MOL, Shell, OMV, AGIP and Lukoil petrol stations, Inmedio and Relay shops, post offices of Hungarian Post, and Szerencsejáték Zrt. lottery shops.

Bill Payment Options

You can settle your bills in several ways. Just pick whichever suits you best. For example through convenient payment from home by bank transfer.  When concluding your Subscription Contract, or even at a later point, you can choose to settle your bills by direct debit from your current account. In this case, a transfer order with all necessary data provided will be attached to your bill.

Payment at ATMs

Use one of over 1500 OTP ATMs*, any K&H Bank ATM or one of over 750 saving banks (Takarékszövetkezet) ATMs** to settle your bill for free, quickly and easily at any time of the day. Bill Payment via Direct Debit

Retail current accounts at any bank allow you to settle your bill in safely and easily every month. You can arrange a direct debit at the bank where you hold your current account or in one of our showrooms. Direct debit is a very safe payment method, as the bank will complete transfers only up to the limit you have specified.

Payment by Post

If you choose this payment method, a postal payment order will be attached to your bill. If you do not have the postal payment order with you, you can also settle your bill using a pink standard postal order.
